Sales Tax

Sales tax will apply to all orders including wholesale shipped to all states in which we have a Stella & Dot Stylist.

Order Processing and Shipping Times and Charges

We strive to get your orders processed quickly and accurately. All orders will be fulfilled in the sequence that they are received - our normal processing time is 2-3 business days. Order processing takes 2-3 days before your item can be over-nighted to you. If you request overnight shipping, you will not receive your item the next day. Any questions, please just email us.

Artisan Made items require 4-6 days order processing time. Please allow for this extra time, in addition to shipping, to allow for your custom creation.

Domestic Orders
Non-party orders: You can choose Priority Mail (usually 2-3 days after order processes) or Express Mail (next day after order processes).

Party orders: You can have your order ship to the stylist for the party for a discounted shipping rate. In this case, your order will be waiting for you at the party. Please note: the deadline for this option is 10 days before the party date. All orders placed after this deadline can only ship directly to the guest – then the guest is responsible for bringing their materials to the party.

Stylist Starter Kit Orders
Due to the weight of the starter kit, additional shipping charges apply.Starter kits sent to the following states will be shipped via Priority Mail: AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, ME, MS, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, W.VA
All other states will be shipped via UPS.

International Orders
International Orders will be charged a $30 shipping fee.
